Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Viral Ads System (a product of Flyin Media LLC), our mission is to deliver world-class AI advertising training that drives real, measurable results. Due to the instant-access nature of our courses and intellectual property protection, we maintain a clear refund and cancellation policy designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.


2. Results-Based Refund Guarantee

We stand behind the effectiveness of our training. If you've fully implemented the strategies taught in the course exactly as instructed, and can demonstrate that no measurable improvement in your advertising performance was achieved, you may be eligible for a full refund.


To qualify:

  • You must complete the course in its entirety (all required modules and implementation steps).

  • You must apply the exact methods, frameworks, and tools outlined within the course to your own campaigns.

  • You must provide proof of implementation, including:

    • Screenshots of AI-generated ads created using our prompts and templates

    • Campaign dashboard data showing ad spend and performance metrics

    • Evidence of testing at least 10 different ad variations as instructed

    • Documentation of following the 30-day roadmap provided in Module 10

  • You must submit your request within 30 days of purchase.

Our team will review your implementation, results, and supporting evidence. If we confirm the course was implemented fully and correctly but yielded no improvement in your advertising performance (CPA reduction, ROAS improvement, or lead/sale generation), a full refund will be granted — no questions asked.


3. Other Refund Scenarios

Refunds may also be issued in the following situations:

  • Defective Product: If the course content is corrupted or inaccessible due to technical issues on our platform.

  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive course access within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact us immediately.

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.


4. Ineligible Refund Situations

We do not provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Purchase made by mistake or change of mind after accessing course materials.

  • Dissatisfaction without implementing the course or providing any performance data.

  • Failure to achieve personal expectations due to lack of effort or incomplete execution.

  • Requests made after the 30-day eligibility window.

  • Claims that AI tools "didn't work" without providing evidence of proper implementation following our frameworks.

  • Refund requests based solely on not having time to complete the course.


5. Cancellation Policy

Digital courses are non-cancellable once access has been granted, as you receive immediate access to all course materials, templates, prompts, and resources upon purchase.

If subscription-based products or services are introduced in the future, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be offered for the remainder of the current cycle.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any such claims and provide full documentation including:

  • Access logs showing course login and video viewing activity

  • Delivery confirmation and email communications

  • All correspondence with our support team

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from purchasing any Viral Ads System or Flyin Media LLC products, and may be reported to credit card processors and relevant authorities.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first. We're committed to resolving any legitimate concerns and will work with you in good faith.


7. Requesting a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email [email protected] with:

  • Full name and email address used for the purchase

  • Order confirmation number or transaction ID

  • Detailed description of your implementation process

  • Supporting evidence as outlined in Section 2 above (screenshots, analytics, campaign data)

  • Specific explanation of what you implemented and what results you achieved

Our team will respond within 5 business days with next steps or a decision on your request.


8. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be returned via the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


9. Policy Updates

Flyin Media LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website. We encourage customers to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
